Put woodruff key (3) in shaft (2).
1.
P u t tube assembly (1) on shaft (2).
2.
P u t lever arm (4) over shaft (2) and woodruff key (3).
P u t on and tighten nut (6).
3.
P u t in screw (5).
4.
P u t four screws (7) through plates (8) and brackets (9). Put on and
tighten four nuts (10).
