NOTE
Take off knob (1) from lever (2) only if knob is damaged.
1.
U n s c r e w and take off knob (1) from lever (2).
2.
T a k e out two cotter pins (3) from 3/8-inch pin (4). Take out 3/8-inch pin.
Takeout two cotter pins (5) from 1/4-inch pin (6). Takeout 1/4-inch pin.
3.
Take off lever (2).
4.
D o step 3 again for two cotter pins (7) and pin (8).

Takeoff link (9).
