Put grease fitting (1) into sheave (2).

s l o w l y through to other side.
P u t nut (7) on pivot pin (3).

P u t two grease fittings (8) on each end of pivot pin (3).

P u t grease into grease fittings (1) and (8).

L o w e r overhead h o i s t (9) and remove from boom.
