c. Cleaning
There are no special cleaning procedures needed. Refer to
c l e a n i n g procedures given in Part 1, para 1-3.
d . Inspection and Repair. Check that hoist frame assembly has no cracks,
e l o n g a t e d holes or bent or broken members. Repair is limited to straightening bent
m e m b e r s and brazing or welding of cracks. Refer to FM 43-2 and TM 9-237. If
m o r e repair is needed, get a new hoist frame assembly.
