Press bushing (1) and seal (2) into gearcase cover (3).

Put gasket (4) and gearcase cover (3) in place.
Put in four screws (5).
3.
Put in four screws and lockwashers (6).
4.
Put in pipe plug (7).
5.
Put in retaining washer (8), lockwasher (9), and screw (10).
