Put brake band assembly (1) on brake drum (2).
1.
Put spring (3) between brake band assembly (1) and brake case (4).
2.
Put flat washer (5) and gasket (6) on screw (7) and put screw through holes in
3.
brake case (4), spring (3), and brake band assembly (1).
Turn in screw (7) partway.
