T a k e out cap screw (1) with lockwasher (2).
1.
Take out washer (3) and felt packing (4). Throw away felt packing.
2.
Take off wheel (5).
3.
Take out washer (6) and felt packing (7). Throw away felt packing.
4.
T a k e bearing (8) out of wheel (5).
5.
D o steps 1 through 5 again for other wheel (9).
6.
GO TO FRAME 6
