S c r e w in six capscrews (1) with six washers (2).

Do step 2 again on right side of winch.
NOTE
Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:
1. Replace front winch assembly. Refer to TM 9-2320-211-20.
2. Grease shaft and rollers. Refer to LO 9-2320-211-12.
