P l a c e end link of three-point chain sling (1) over hole in cab shield (2) as
shown.
P u t bolt (3) through end link of chain sling (1) and cab shield (2).
2.
P u t on nut (4).
3.
D o steps 1 through 3 again at other side of cab shield (2).
4.
H o o k third section of chain sling (1) on front of cab shield (2) as shown.
5.
H o o k three-point chain sling (1) to hoist equipment as shown.
