FRAME 4
1.
Put four flat washers (1) in place on base (2). While holding handle (3) in up
position, put seat frame (4) on seat base (2) as shown.
2.
Put on four nuts (5).
3.
Push handle (3) down as shown.
GO TO FRAME 5
