P l a c e two U-bolts (1) over saddle (2) are through seat (3).

P u t four washers (4) on ends of two U-bolts (1) and put on four nuts (5).
T i g h t e n nuts to 300 to 400 pound-feet.
L o w e r jack (6) and take it out.

NOTE
Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:
R e f e r to TM 9-2320-211-10.
Replace
wheels.
