1.
P l a c e spring seat (1) on cross tube (2) with empty end facing out.
2.
Pack outer bearing (3) with grease.
M a k e sure that grease fills all spaces.
3.
P l a c e outer bearing (3) in spring seat (1) with small end in.
S c r e w on inner adjusting nut (4) with bump facing out as shown. D o n o t
4.
tighten nut at this time.
