T u r n differential carrier assembly (1) over so bore (2) is on top.
1.
P u t hypoid drive gear (3) with bearing (4) inside differential carrier assembly
2.
( 1 ) . R e s t hub of hypoid drive gear on adapter (5).
put spur gear pinion (6) through bore (2). Aline key (7) in spur gear pinion
3.
w i t h keyway in hypoid drive gear (3).
P r e s s spur gear pinion (6) into bore of hypoid drive gear (3).
4.
Take out adapter (5).
5.
T u r n differential carrier assembly (1) over so bore (2) is on bottom.
