Take off two spring seats (3).

P u t chain sling (4) around axle assembly (2).

H o o k chain sling (4) onto hoist.
6.
L i f t axle assembly (2) off hydraulic jack (1) and onto axle stand (5).
7.
T a k e off chain sling (4) and hoist.
