1.
Take off 15 nuts (1) and lockwashers (2). Take out 15 screws (3).
2.
S c r e w three screws (3) into threaded holes in transfer case cover (4) and
tighten until cover is free from transfer housing (5).
P u t chain hoist on cover (4).
3.
Tap input shaft (6) free.

Using chain hoist and prybar, lift off transfer case cover (4) and put it

on workbench. Take off and throw away gasket (7). Take off chain hoist.
Take out three screws (3).
