FRAME 2
1. Hold pioneer rack (1) in place against brackets (2).
2. Put four screws (3) through holes in rack (1) and brackets (2).
3. Put four lockwashers (4) on screws (3).
4. Using 9/16-inch wrenches, screw on and tighten four nuts (5).
