1.
Push valve stem (1) through rim (2) so it stays inside tire (3).
2.
Put tire (3) on wood blocks. Using foot, push rim (2) down and out of tire.
3.
Lift tire (3) off blocks and rim (2).
4.
Take tire liner (4) and tube (5) out of tire (3) .
