FRAME 3
Place drive belt (1) around pulley (2).

Using air compressor pulley wrench, turn pulley flange (3) to right until

drive belt (1) is tight.
Using 9/16-inch wrench, tighten two screws (4).
3.
Using 13/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten air supply line (5).
4.
NOTE
Truck may have governor air line (6) at top of compressor
or at side of compressor.
Using 9/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten governor air line (6).
5.
NOTE
Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:
Replace pump to block hose. Refer to para 12-19.

Fill cooling system. Refer to para 6-13.
3.
Adjust air compressor drive belt. Refer to para 12-28.
4.
Close hood. Refer to TM 9-2320-211-10.
