FRAME 3
1.
Put plate (1) in place, alining holes.
Put in four bolts (2) and four
washers (3).
2.
Using 9/16-inch wrench, hold four bolts (2) and using 9/16-inch wrench,
screw on and tighten four nuts (4).
GO TO FRAME 4
