Line up holes in steering knuckle guard (1) with holes in steering knuckle (2).

Put four washers (3) on four screws (4).
3.
Put screws (4) with washers (3) through holes in steering knuckle guard (l).
4.
Using 15/16-inch wrench, screw in and tighten four screws (4) with washers ( 3 ) .
