If required note the position of, de-solder and remove the two cables (10) connected to the
toggle switch (9).

Install
Toggle Switch (9)
(1)
If removed earlier, place a 1/2 inch length of heat shrink over the cables (10).
(2)
Solder the cables (10) to the toggle switch (9) in the positions noted during removal.
(3)
Position the heat shrink over the soldered joint. Using the heat gun, gently apply heat to the
heat shrink until it forms a seal over the soldered joint.
(4)
Fit the toggle switch (9), complete with seal (8) to the operator's panel (4). The toggle
switch (9) has a flat edge on one side to aid correct alignment.
(5)
Fit the washer (6) and cover (5) to the toggle switch (9) in the recess (7).
(6)
Fit the quick release plug (11) to the printed circuit board in the position noted during
removal.
Button Switch (12)

If removed earlier, fit the quick release plug (18) and cables (19) to the contactor (16) and
tighten the screws (20).
(8)
Fit the button switch (12) complete with seal (13) to the operator's panel (4).
(9)
Fit the locking plate (14) to the button switch (12).
(10)
Turn the locking screw (15) clockwise and tighten.
NOTE
If a carrier was removed from the button switch earlier, fit it to the button switch before the
next step.

Fit the contactor (16) to the button switch (12).
(12)
Fit the quick release plug (18) to the printed circuit board in the position noted during
removal.
Operator's Panel (4)
(13)
Fit new cable ties to the operator's panel (4).
(14)
Fit the harnesses to the operator's panel in the positions noted during removal.
(15)
Fit the twelve plugs in the positions marked during removal.
(16)
Fit the operator's panel (4) to the interface enclosure (1) and secure in place with the
sixteen screws and washers (3).

Follow on tasks
(1)
Switch the battery shutoff switch to the on position.
(2)
Operate the launcher and check all switches for correct operation.
