Remove
(1)
Open the cover (2) of the interface enclosure (1).
(2)
Remove the sixteen screws and washers (3) securing the operator's panel (4) to the
interface enclosure (1).
(3)
Remove to one side, and support, the operator's panel (4).
(4)
Remove the cable ties securing the two harnesses and twelve plugs to the operator's panel
(4).
(5)
Using a suitable marker, mark the twelve plugs and their positions on the operator's panel
(4).
(6)
Remove the operator's front panel (4).
(7)
Note the position of and remove any quick release plugs connected to the printed circuit
board (10).
(8)
Note the positions of any cable ties and remove the protective cover (7) from the back of
the operator's panel (4) by removing 21 screws (5) and washers (6).
(9)
Remove the 21 brass screws (8) and rubber washers (9).
(10)
Remove the printed circuit board (10).
(11)
Remove the spacer board (11).
(12)
Note the position of and remove the two cables (12 ) connected to the rear of the hours run
meter (17) by removing the two screws (13).
(13)
Note the position of the hours run meter for correct alignment when fitting.
(14)
Remove the four screws (14), washers (15) and clamps (16).
(15)
Remove the hours run meter (17) from the operator's panel (4).

Install
(1)
Fit the hours run meter (17) to the operator's panel (4) in the position noted during removal.
(2)
Fit the four clamps (16), washers (15) and screws (14).
(3)
Fit the two cables (12) with the two screws (13) in the positions noted during removal.
(4)
Fit the spacer board (11) to the front panel.
(5)
Fit the printed circuit board (10) to the spacer board (11).
(6)
Fit the 21 brass screws (8) and rubber washers (9) to secure the printed circuit board (10)
and spacer board (11) to the operator's panel (4).
(7)
Fit the quick release plugs to the printed circuit board (10) to the positions noted during
removal.
(8)
Fit the cover (7) to the brass screws (8) with the 21 washers (6) and screws (5). Any cable
ties should be fitted to the positions noted during removal.
(9)
Fit new cable ties to the operator's panel (4).
(10)
Fit the harnesses to the operator's panel in the positions noted during removal.
(11)
Fit the twelve plugs in the positions marked during removal.
(12)
Fit the operator's panel (4) to the interface enclosure (1) and secure in place with the
sixteen screws and washers (3).
