NOTE
The procedure for changing the front and rear Carriage Top Roller assemblies is identical.
a.
Remove
(1)
Support the weight of the carriage using a sling and a lifting device, in sling position A.
(2)
Remove the two screws (2) and lock washers (3), which hold the locking plate (4) in place,
remove the locking plate (4). Discard the lock washers (3).
(3)
Remove and retain the grease fittings at each end of the roller shaft (8).
