NOTE

A Lower Emergency Stop is fitted to each A-Frame Stabilizer Leg.

Remove

(1)

Remove the electrical cable (2) fitted to the A-Frame lower emergency stop (1).

(2)

Remove the four screws and washers (3) securing the A-Frame lower emergency stop (1)

to the A-Frame stabilizer leg (4).

(3)

Remove the A-Frame lower emergency stop (1).

(4)

Examine all threaded components for wear and damage.

(5)

Check the electrical cable for damage.

(6)

If required remove the four screws (5) securing the cover (6) to the emergency stop body

(14).

(7)

Remove the cover (6) and seal (7).

(8)

Note the positions of the ground cables (11) and remove the screws (8).

(9)

Remove the screws (12 and 23) and nyloc nuts (13 and 10).

(10)

Note the position of and remove the cables (15) from the contactors (16).

(11)

Remove the internal harness complete with the military connectors and seals (9).

(12)

Remove the contactors (16) from the carrier (18) by pressing down on the catch (17).

(13)

Remove the carrier (18).

(14)

Remove the locking plate (20) from the emergency stop switch (22) by turning the locking

screw (19) counter-clockwise.

(15)

Remove the emergency stop switch (22) complete with seal (21) from the cover (6).

Install

(1)

Fit the emergency stop switch (22) complete with seal (21) to the cover (6).

(2)

Fit the locking plate (20) to the emergency stop switch (22), turn the locking screw (19)

clockwise and tighten.

(3)

Fit the carrier (18) to the emergency stop switch (22).

(4)

Fit the contactors (16) to the carrier (18).

(5)

Fit the seal (7) to the cover (6).

(6)

Fit the internal harness complete with the military connectors and seals (9) to the cover (6)

and emergency stop body (14) and secure in place with the screws (23 and 12) and new

nyloc nuts (10 and 13).

(7)

Fit the cables (15) to the contactors (16) in the positions noted during removal.

(8)

Fit the ground cables (11) to the positions noted during removal and secure in place with

the screws (8).

(9)

Fit the cover (6) to the emergency stop body (14) with the screws (5).

(10)

Apply thread-locking compound to the screws (3).

(11)

Secure the A-Frame lower emergency stop (1) with the four washers and screws (3).

(12)

Connect the electrical cable (2) to the A-Frame lower emergency stop (1).
