(24) Block 24 - CHANGE DATA. Used to enter correct data if block 22, Change,

is checked.

(25) Block 25 - DEFICIENCIES/SYMPTOMS. A short narrative from the

customer or the technician describing the instrument's condition. This information is

for reference only and is not be entered into the data base. Block 25 may also be used to

record additional information pertaining to the Job Order.

(26) Block 26 - STATUS.

(a) PUIC. Same instructions as block 19, Performing UIC.

(b) CODE.

Codes are located in this pamphlet and on the back of DA Form 7372.
