i s not worn. If keyway is worn or if pulley is damaged, get a new one.
Dry cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an
o p e n flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when sol-
vent is used. Use only in well-ventilated places.

C h e c k that belt surface of pulley (1) is not worn and has no nicks, burrs or
o t h e r damage. Fix small nicks and burrs with a fine mill file or crocus cloth
d i p p e d in dry cleaning solvent. I f more repair is needed or if belt surface is
w o r n , get a new pulley.
C h e c k that woodruff kev (2) is not worn and has no burrs. Fix small burrs
w i t h a fine mill file. If more repair is needed or if woodruff key is worn, get
a new woodruff key.
