not within given limits, throw away part and get a
M e a s u r e inside diameter of bore in outside pulley (1).
M e a s u r e inside diameter of sleeve bearing (2) in outside pulley (1).
M e a s u r e outside diameter of pulley hub (3).
M e a s u r e fit of pulley hub (3) into sleeve bearing (2). If fit is not within given
limits, throw away item with the most wear and get a new one.
U s i n g spring tester, measure free length, maximum solid height, and load
p u l l e y spring (4) at 2.000 inches.
