1.
L a y breather valve housing (1) flat on workbench as shown.
P u t diaphragm assembly (2) on breather valve housing (1), alining holes.
2.
T h r e a d e d end of diaphragm needle (3) must face up. Valve end of
d i a p h r a g m needle must rest in valve seat (4).
T a p threaded end of diaphragm needle (3) lightly with a short brass hammer
3.
t o seat diaphragm needle to valve seat (4).
4.
P u t on diaphragm end cover (5) alining holes. Put in and tighten five
screws (6) and lockwashers (7).
