a. Removal.

(1) Disconnect connector clamp (1) from engine speed

sensor connector (2).

(2) Disconnect engine speed sensor connector (2) from

connector P38 (3).

(3) Loosen jam nut (4) on engine speed sensor (5).

(4) Remove engine speed sensor (5) from flywheel housing

(6).
