C h e c k that rear seal (1) is not torn or worn. If seal is damaged, get a new

o n e . C h e c k that two rear seal clips (2) are not cracked or broken, If clips

a r e damaged, get new ones.

C h e c k that four rear run retainers (3) and two rear runs (4) are not cracked

o r b r o k e n . I f parts are damaged, get new ones.

C h e c k that six insulation panels (5) are not torn or broken. If panels are

d a m a g e d , get new ones.

C h e c k that back panel (6) is not cracked or bent. If panel is damaged, repair

by straightening or welding. Refer to TM 9-237. If more repair is-needed,

g e t a new back panel.
