(3) Disassembly of input shaft and pump shaft shifter cover.
FRAME 1
Carefully clamp cover (1) in vise.

2.
Slowly unscrew and take out poppet (2), spring (3), and ball (4). Be careful not to
lose spring and ball.
Take out screw and lockwasher (5). Take off fork (6).
3.
Pull pin (7) out of fork (6).
4.
Slide out pump shaft and arm assembly (8).
5.
Do steps 2 through 5 again for input shaft and arm assembly (9).
6.
GO TO FRAME 2
