Soldier A 1.
Hold hoist winch roller assembly (1) to keep it from falling when
soldier B takes out last screw (2).
Take out four screws and locknuts (2), two from each side of outer

Take off hoist winch roller assembly (1).
Take out lubrication fitting (4).

Using pliers, take out cotter pin (5).
Slide off two hangers (6) and roller tube (7) with two bushings (8) from

roller tube shaft (9).

Take out bushings (8) from roller tube (7).
Do steps 1 through 7 again on other hoist winch roller assembly (10).

GO TO FRAME 4
