Take out eight screws (1) and washers (2).

Using small block of wood, loosen lower cover (3) by tapping on its top, bottom, and

s i d e s . When loose, pull off lower cover with two bearings (4) and seal assembly (5).
Press two bearings (4) out of lower cover (3). Refer to Part 1, para 7-7.

Tag two bearings (4) so that they will be put back in the right places.
4.
Take seal assembly (5) and spring seals (6) out of lower cover (3).
5.
Take seal (9) out of seal retainer.
Take seal retainer (7) off spring (8).
