FRAME 1
1.
C a r e f u l l y clamp hoist pump assembly (1) in vise with soft jaw caps.
Take out key (2).
2.
Take out eight screws and lockwashers (3).
3.
P u l l off front end cover (4) with two bearings (5), oil seal assembly (6),

and two pins (7).
T a k e bearings (5) and oil seal assembly (6) out of front end cover (4).
5.
R e f e r to Part 1, para 7-7. Throw away oil seal assembly.
Pull out pins (7).
6.
T a k e hoist pump assembly (1) out of vise.
