Press bearings (1) into roller (2).

Put shaft (3) into roller (2).
Put two felt washers (4) and two washers (5) on shaft (3).
3.
NOTE
Shaft (3) is drilled for setscrew (7) and must go into left
bracket (6).
Put shaft (3) into left bracket (6) and put in setscrew (7) and lockscrew (8).
4.
Put bracket (9) on shaft (3).
5.
Put in lube fittings (10).
6.
