(1) Tap threaded holes in brakeshoes as needed.
(2) Other damage cannot be fixed. Throw away damaged parts and get new
p a r t s in their place.

Assembly.
FRAME 1
1.
Aline holes in interlining (1), and brakeshoe (2). Using brake reliner, put
in eight rivets (3).
2.
Aline holes in outer lining (4) and brakeshoe (5). Using brake reliner, put
in eight rivets (6).
3.
U s i n g feeler gage, check that linings (1 and 4) are less than 0.010 inch away
f r o m brakeshoes (2 and 5) at any one place. If clearance is 0.010 of an inch
o r more, throw away brakeshoe and put in new one.
P u t in four lubrication fittings (7).
