1.
Line up holes in bracket (1) with two studs (2).
2.
Using 7/16-inch wrench, screw on two nuts (3) with lockwashers (4).
Push top of brush guard (5) toward back of truck.
3.
Push two braces (6) down over two bolts (7).

Using 3/4-inch wrenches, tighten four nuts (8).
NOTE
Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:
Fill cooling system. Refer to para 6-13.
