Using 5/16-inch wrench, unscrew and take off four nuts with lockwashers

(l).
2. Lift breather adapter (2) from cylinder head covers (3). Swing adapter
clear of studs in cylinder head covers.
3. Take off and throw away two breather adapter gaskets (4).
