Apply thread-locking compound to the screws (25).

Fit the locking plate (27), lock washers (26) and screws (25).

Check that the pulleys (3) run freely in the upper pulley block (8).

Grease the pulley pin (9) through the grease fitting (24).

Place the upper pulley block (8) in the far bank carriage (1).

(17)

Fit the pivot pins (4) through the far bank carriage (1) and the upper pulley block (8).

Secure the pivot pins (4) with the spring pins (20).

(19)

Check that the upper pulley block (8) is free to pivot in the far bank carriage (1).
