Install

(1)

Fit the emergency stop switch (1) complete with seal (10) to the tail lift pendant body (2).

(2)

Fit the locking plate (3) to the emergency stop switch (1), turn the screw (4) clockwise and

tighten.

(3)

Fit the carrier (5) to the emergency stop switch (1).

(4)

Fit the contactor (6) to the carrier (5).

(5)

Fit the cables (7) to the contactor (6) in the positions noted during removal and secure in

place with the screws (9).

Fit the tail lift cover to the tail lift pendant body (1) with 6 screws and washers. See unit

maintenance procedure 5-155.

Follow on tasks

(1)

Connect the tail lift pendant to the DSB and check the operation of the tail lift in accordance

with he operator's manual TM 5-5420-279-10.
