NOTE
This procedure is applicable to the toggle switches for the E-Stop illumination light switch
and the panel illumination light switch on the operator's panel. It is also applicable to the
following button switches:
A-Frame Fold - DEPLOY and PARK
A-Frame Rotate - DEPLOY and PARK
Relax - RELAX
PTO Override - ON and OFF
Lamp Test
E-Stop - RESET
The procedure to remove / install the eight breaker reset button switches can be found in
unit maintenance procedure 5-105.

Remove
Operator's Panel (4)
(1)
Open the cover (2) of the interface enclosure (1).
(2)
Remove the sixteen screws and washers (3) securing the operator's panel (4) to the
interface enclosure (1).
(3)
Remove to one side, and support, the operator's panel (4).
(4)
Remove the cable ties securing the two harnesses and twelve plugs to the operator's panel
(4).
(5)
Using a suitable marker, mark the twelve plugs and their positions on the operator's panel
(4).
(6)
Remove the operator's front panel (4).
Button Switch (12)
(7)
Locate the button switch (12) to be removed.
(8)
Note the position of and remove the quick release plug (18) from the printed circuit board.
(9)
Remove the contactor (16) by pressing on the catch (17).
NOTE
The contactor may be fitted directly to the button switch (12) or to a carrier (not shown).
(10)
Turn the locking screw (15) counter -clockwise and remove the locking plate (14).
(11)
Remove the button switch (12) complete with seal (13) from the operator's panel (4).

If required the quick release plug (18) and cables (19) can be removed from the contactor
(16) by turning the screws (20) counter-clockwise.
Toggle Switch (9)

Locate the toggle switch (9) to be removed.
(14)
Note the position of and remove the quick release plug (11) from the printed circuit board.
(15)
Remove the cover (5) and washer (6) from the toggle switch (9).
(16)
Remove the toggle switch (9) complete with seal (8) from the operator's panel (4).
