a. Remove

CAUTION

The electrical enclosure assembly contains sensitive electronic equipment.

Handle with care.

(1)

Note the positions of and remove the electrical harnesses connected to the left-hand side

of the electrical enclosure assembly (1).

(2)

Disconnect the ground cables connected to the electrical enclosure assembly (1).

(3)

Support the weight of the electrical enclosure assembly (1) and remove the four mounting

bolts and washers.

(4)

Remove the electrical enclosure assembly (1).

(5)

Examine all threaded components for wear and damage.

(6)

If required the front panel (2) can be removed.

(7)

Remove the 16 screws and washers (3) securing the front panel (2) to the electrical

enclosure (1).

(8)

Note the positions of and remove the cable ties and cable plugs connected to the back of

the front panel (2).

(9)

Remove the front panel (2).

Install

(1)

Fit the cable plugs and cable ties to the back of the front panel (2) in the positions noted

during removal.

(2)

Check that the seal on electrical enclosure is clean and seated correctly.
