The PMCS to be carried out on the Bridge Components are shown in Tables 5.1 to 5.5.

5-12 LAUNCHER COMPONENTS PMCS

The PMCS to be carried out on the Launcher Components are shown in Tables 5.6 to 5.24.

5-13 CRANE COMPONENTS PMCS

5-15 PMCS REPORTING

The loose-leaf illustrations Fig 5.13 to 5.39 are to be copied and used to report component

damage. When damage is observed the inspector is to mark the damaged area on a copy of the

illustration. For cross-reference, the condition and the grid reference is to be recorded. Full details

of the damage, such as lengths and widths of cracks and degree of distortion etc. must be

recorded. The completed illustration is to accompany DA form 2404. Equipment Inspection and

Maintenance Worksheet.
