LOW IDLE speed is either high or low.

HIGH IDLE speed improperly adjusted.

Low or high torque is observed during torque check.
Barrel adjustable stop is improperly adjusted.

Reverse torque, N1, and propeller RPM is too high or low.
Reverse adjusting screw is improperly adjusted.

Newly rigged engine accelerates faster or slower than
opposite engine.
Engine rigging, components, or engine is mismatched.
